Player Props to Target for the 2022 NFL Season: Week 18

Player Props to Target for the 2022 NFL Season: Week 18

Well, almost an entire season of football has once again come and gone with the final week of the regular season upon us. With another week of football comes another chance to make some money. Last week we went 3-2, which is not terrible for my first time, but I want to be getting four or five right to ensure that money is made. This week we hope to do just that, so let’s see what some of the best prop bets are for Week 18.

Darren Waller Over 34.5 Receiving Yards vs. Kansas City

Darren Waller has slowly but surely started to work his way back into this offense following his eight-week absence. He’s hit over the given amount in all three games since returning and is even coming off his best game of the season. Waller is clearly an option for Jarrett Stidham. Against a Chiefs defense that is far from elite, I expect Waller to look more like his former self in what is usually a good game between these two.

Nick Chubb Over 70.5 Rushing Yards @ Pittsburgh

Now I know many of you have been let down as of late by Nick Chubb and his lack of fantasy production. Trust me, I have him in a league and his constant letdowns throughout the playoffs have made me mad too. Through all this though, Chubb has continued to run for a lot of yards. He’s hit over the given amount in four of the last five weeks. It’s clear he remains a major pillar of this offense and should still see a high volume that allows him to go well over 70 yards.

Aaron Rodgers Over 252.5 Passing Yards vs. Detroit

The Lions’ defense has been very bad this season. They are bottom-five in both passing and rushing yards allowed per game. Guys like Aidan Hutchinson and Jeff Okudah give fans something to be hopeful for, but overall, this defense leaves a lot to be desired.

In a game that can decide the playoff fate of the Packers, I expect Aaron Rodgers to go absolutely insane. This seems like the classic Rodgers game vs. Detroit where he throws for like 300 yards and four touchdowns. Rodgers and this offense have seemingly found their stride of late, and I don’t expect that to change against this poor defense this week.

Christian Kirk Over 4.5 Receptions vs. Tennessee

The biggest reason why I love this pick so much is because of the incentives behind it. Christian Kirk can make an extra $1 million if he hauls in two more catches for 91 yards. He is clearly going to be giving his all to reach this target, and in a must-win game for the Jags, I don’t see how they don’t get Kirk involved.

He has been a great weapon for Trevor Lawrence this season and has shown people why the Jags spent the money they did to bring him in. The Titans also have the worst defense in terms of passing yards allowed per game, so Kirk shouldn’t have a difficult time getting open.

Hayden Hurst Over 29.5 Receiving Yards vs. Baltimore

The Bengals’ offense has been scorching hot of late. Joe Burrow has seemingly found his form and has been slinging the rock at an elite level. Also helping me make this decision is the sheer amount the Bengals throw the ball. Last week, Burrow threw the ball 52 times, the week before 39.

Against the Ravens, I don’t expect that pattern to change, and with that many throws, Hayden Hurst is more than likely to find some work. He served as a stable option for Burrow prior to his injury and I expect that connection to remain strong.
